Terms of Service

Apex Local Growth provides professional services relating to:

• Google Business Profile optimization
• Verification support
• Suspension and reinstatement assistance
• Reputation and review management
• Local SEO strategies
• Multi-location profile management
• Merchant Center compliance support
• Related consulting services

While we apply industry best practices and specialist knowledge, we do not guarantee:

• Specific Google Maps rankings
• Profile verification approval
• Suspension reinstatement approval
• Review acquisition outcomes
• Revenue increases or lead generation results

Google's policies, algorithms, and review processes are outside our control.

Any timelines or expectations provided are estimates only.

We don't promise specific rankings. Google decides those. We promise the work, the monthly reporting, and a team that answers your questions.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Providing requested documentation when necessary
• Maintaining compliance with Google's policies
• Reviewing recommendations before implementation where required

Failure to provide accurate information may affect project outcomes.

Payment terms will be communicated before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Monthly services may be cancelled according to the agreed billing terms.
• Custom projects may require upfront deposits.

New clients get 50% off their first 3 months of monthly service fees. After month three the standard price applies automatically. The offer runs from October 13, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

Fine print: new clients only; monthly fees only; ends after the first three monthly payments are billed; not combinable with other offers. Google Business Profile services and one-time fees are excluded.

Website and Switchboard service terms are selected in the client agreement:

• Month-to-month: 30 days' written notice.
• 6-month agreement: price locked for the term, with a quarterly strategy review.
• 12-month agreement: price locked for the term, with a quarterly strategy review and 2 hours of included website edits per quarter; unused hours do not roll over.

If we miss a deliverable and don't fix it within 30 days of written notice, the client can end the agreement without an early-termination fee.

Switchboard Core includes up to 500 messages and AI replies per month; Plus includes up to 1,500. Overage is billed at provider cost plus 20%, with an alert at 80% of the allowance. Alternatively, connect your own Twilio or Africa's Talking account and AI key and pay those providers directly; the Switchboard fee covers the platform only.

Messages go only to customers who opted in to that channel. WhatsApp uses approved templates, and opt-outs are honored.

We treat client information confidentially and will not disclose sensitive business information without permission.

Clients agree not to publicly distribute proprietary materials, processes, or recommendations provided by Apex Local Growth without consent.

You own your website. Your domain is registered in your name. Once the build fee is paid in full, the site design and content are yours. While you're on a Website Care plan we host and maintain it; if you leave, we hand over the site files and help move hosting. We hand over site files and hosting within 14 days of written notice, free once. Additional help is billed hourly.

Your Google Business Profile is always yours; we're added as a manager and you can remove us at any time.

Apex Local Growth shall not be liable for:

• Actions taken by Google or other third parties.
• Business losses or lost revenue.
• Changes to Google's policies or algorithms.
• Delays caused by third-party platforms.

Our services are advisory and implementation services provided on a professional best-efforts basis.

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with website functionality.
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
• Use our website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service when necessary. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this website.
