What is included in each Switchboard option?
The cards list proposed setup and workflow scope for Core, Plus, and Custom. Availability depends on implemented features, connected providers, and agreed scope; confirm production readiness before advertising features as included.
Who owns the website after launch?
You own your website. Your domain is registered in your name. Once the build fee is paid in full, the site design and content are yours. While you're on a Website Care plan we host and maintain it; if you leave, we hand over the site files and help move hosting. We hand over site files and hosting within 14 days of written notice, free once. Additional help is billed hourly. Your Google Business Profile is always yours; we're added as a manager and you can remove us at any time.
Are message and channel usage costs included?
Switchboard Core includes up to 500 messages and AI replies per month; Plus includes up to 1,500. Overage is billed at provider cost plus 20%, with an alert at 80% of the allowance. Alternatively, connect your own Twilio or Africa's Talking account and AI key and pay those providers directly; the Switchboard fee covers the platform only.
What contract policy applies to these packages?
Choose month-to-month with 30 days' written notice, a 6-month agreement, or a 12-month agreement. Each agreement's included terms are listed in the Contract options section.
